Dear finance_officer, We are delighted to inform you that your school’s (school_name) application for a grant of £approved_total from The Jerusalem Trust by full_name has been approved for the purchase of the following items: approved_list For us to process your grant, we now require you to provide us with the BACS details of your school's bank account (or umbrella organisation account). To provide us with your BACS details, submit a headed letter (PDF/DOC) with the information. The document name must be the school's name (see checklist) and uploaded via this link: BACS_link BACS Document Checklist: 1. Use headed paper. 2. Include account name, sort code and account number. Please double-check they are correct as whole batches of payments are delayed if incorrect. 3. Any other reference codes, if required. 4. Add school name, address and postcode, if not already included. 5. Go back and check the account numbers for accuracy. Is the font legible? 6. Document name (the name it is saved as) should include the school's name for easy identification. For example, 'HolyCrossHigh.pdf' or 'PaintonPrimary.BankDetails.docx'. 7. Submit the document via the link. Maximum 5MB. You will receive an automated email if upload is successful. Incorrect documents will be rejected and payments will be delayed. An electronic transfer for the approved amount will usually be made in two to four weeks and you will be notified by email (please check spam/junk/bin folders). If using an umbrella organisation account, please ensure you have informed them to expect the grant so that the money is transferred to the school.
